COURSE INFORMATION

The course takes place on 5 working days. There are a total of 40 teaching hours spread over 5 days. 

Training materials will be provided to all participants.
Participants receive a certificate of attendance after the course.
Optionally, an exam can be taken, which is then completed with a certificate
of achievment upon successful participation.  

The training corresponds to level DQR6 of the German Qualifications Framework.

TRAINERS

Dmytro Cherkashyn

Dmytro "Dima" Cherkashyn is a seasoned cybersecurity expert with over 15 years’ experience in IT/OT security, specializing in nuclear, energy and automotive cybersecurity. Dima holds a master degree in nuclear energy and is the lead of the Cyber Security Research and Development team at the Institute for Security and Safety GmbH (ISS). He is an expert in IT/OT security, physical security, penetration testing and incident response. Dima also is a member of the "Threat Analysis" working group of EE-ISAC, guest lecturer on automotive security at TH Mannheim and a regular speaker / panelist at various international cyber security conferences.

Mohammad Ilyas

Mohammad Ilyas is a seasoned cybersecurity expert with over 20 years’ experience in IT/OT security, specializing in embedded systems and automotive cybersecurity. As Managing Director of SAPAR GmbH, he leads global security operations, develops secure architectures, and provides advanced training, bridging deep technical knowledge with practical implementation for organizations worldwide.
